Amazing Iceland




The unique photograps in this book show the various faces of Iceland. They are taken in many parts of the country, in different seasons and varying conditions of light and weather, and masterfully depict the incredible blend of softness and ruggedness, warmth and coldness, that characterizes the amazing island of Iceland.
Photographer Sigurjón Sigurðsson (b. 1948) studied his art in Reykjavík, Stockholm and San Diego in California. He is based in Reykjavík and has published several books of photography.
