The Capital–Inn is a newly renovated Bed and Breakfast accommodation. Approx. 42 beds in 23 spacious rooms with washbasin. Single, double and triple rooms (some over 20 sq. m.). WC and bathrooms are located in the corridor. Furthermore we offer a nice cooking facility where guests may cook their own meals as well as we offer an excellent breakfast buffet.

The Capital-Inn is a friendly, well situated guesthouse in Reykjavik. It’s in a walking distance from many great tourist sites, among them the Perlan Restaurant that rotates on top of five water tanks. The Oskjuhlid Park area is a relaxing and an exciting place to explore, there are biking and walking paths, green parks, a new “Geysir” and unique nature. Swimming pools and the city beach, Nautholsvik, are nearby. The beach has white sand and a pool that is heated with geothermal water in the summer. If you’re looking to shop then the local shopping centre, Kringlan, is in a short distance from the guesthouse (0.8 km). Reykjavik old city centre is only 3.3 km away and there you can find nice shopping streets, museums, etc.

We can arrange for all kinds of winter activities e.g. sightseeing trips to see the Great Geysir and waterfalls, whale watching, boat tours, 4x4 jeep tours, highland tours, glacier tours, skiing, etc.

How to get to The Capital-Inn?
The Fly Bus from Keflavik International Airport stops at the Reykjavik Domestic Airport approx. 2-3 km from The Capital-Inn. The taxi fare from the Reykjavik Domestic Airport to us cost about 8 USD. You can also get here by city bus no. 7 which departs from the Reykjavik Airport and stops nearby the Guesthouse.
